Staff friendly, breakfast was grand.

The rooms need a little TLC. The pool needed some as well. Not modern at all.

It was comfortable and clean and we had a good night's sleep

We were not real happy with the restaurant attached to the hotel. They did not have several items we asked for from the menu and the service was not good either.

had to drive around the building to access the pool for the kids..food in the restaurant was bland. Could have used a discount for us being down for a family member that had passed away.

The staff on the front desk don't have any idea over the reservation and booking system for me , they over charged mi credit cards four times they charged me $ 277.24 dollar just for one day soo bad for me I'm I driver and take all me money for mi diesel for me trip I so making bad day and angry because I'm needed for me trip

a nightmare of a hotel. Electrical outlets coming off wall. Light in closet was installed badly. no blankets, noisy heater. A gap in the door so cold air came in. It was dirty as well

I did like the fact that the clerk gave me the rate that I booked online but since I did not have the reservation confirmation with me I had to fax it to the hotel after returning home.

My reservation booked on Booked.net could not be found at the hotel when I checked in. I had to fax the reservation I received when I booked online.

While this is an older hotel, it was very clean and nice. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning can't be beat! I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was not my favorite was the "motel" style rooms with doors outside. But since it is a small town, in a safe and quiet area, I didn't mind too much.
